A Small Workgroup Subscription provides 10 credits that can be used to assign
training to your learners over a six month period. The Subscription includes access to all courses; the training administrator uses the credits to assign courses to learners.
Master Courses are one credit per course per learner and Overview and Targeted
Training Courses are one-half credit per course per learner.
The Subscription term is renewable by purchasing 10 additional credits or by
purchasing support for another six months. When renewed, the Subscription term is extended by
6 months from the date of purchase, all existing learners will continue to have access to courses they previously have been assigned (and accessed in the past 13 months) and unused credits (if any) will be rolled over to the new Subscription term.
Once we receive your order, you will be contacted to set up a training session
where you will learn the simple steps to set-up learners and review on monitor
training records. This one-on-one training session will take about 20 minutes
and will cover all of the features of the Workgroup Subscription.
