SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Web-Based Training for
Individuals Upon completion of the on-line sales transaction,
login details will be provided on the on-line invoice and an e-mail will
be sent to the e-mail address in the Ship To section of the order with
login details.
Web-based Training for
Corporations/Workgroups Upon receipt of your order, we will
contact you within one business day to set up your account and we will
provide a free 20 minute walk-through/training to show you how to
administer your training.
Books/CD-ROM & Network Based
Training All ordered received before 2pm EST will be shipped
the same day. Orders to locations in North America are shipped UPS
Ground, but during the checkout process you can choose 2nd day or
overnight for an additional charge. Orders outside of North
America are shipped US Postal Service Global Priority.
